This week we followed the elements of the sacred body, awakening and rebalancing through each chakra. Each day we began with meditation, followed by chakra inspired sequences that reinforced our connection to our earth mother. With this foundation, we rose with fluidity, creativity, confidence, love, truth, clarity and wisdom.

Shadow to Self. A pathway of unlocking the wisdom of the deeper Self through yoga,  transformational breath work practices and family constellations. Afternoons explored systemic constellations, releasing blockages within the unconscious mind that limit our true potential. ​​​​​

Divine Play - LILA. This week was an exploration into the play of the universe. With chanting, meditation, silence, sacred dance, and yoga. Supported with the power of Prana, transformational breath work practices for consciousness evolution.

Divine union of consciousness & energy. A week exploring both the divine forces of the masculine & feminine, Shiva and Shakti. A yoga gathering of reflective practices & rituals in silence, pranayama and meditation. While exploring flow through play, dance and movement.

Inspired by the ancient teachings of the 5 elements; Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether. This week included sound healing, water temples, fire rituals, sacred dance, walking & seated meditations, journaling, drawing, and yoga.
